  Ordered 2 CHILI cheese dogs and somehow they gave me one with no chili under cooked cheese and it was somehow placed upside down in the package. Idk what happened but the quality of employees makes me question how they graduated middle school.

  Horrible service. I had to repeat my order 4 times( (2 footlong coney meals, 1 with onions/jalapeños, both with tots, coke and powetade and a large cup of ice. The order was not a complex order. The cashier hands me the bags like they were burgers, there was onions/jalapeños in with the tots, rather than on the coney itself. The Powerade had hair in the ice. Only 1 fork and no napkins provided. Why would you not place the drinks in a cupholder? The chili and cheese was a the sleeve, rather than on the coney. Experience was pure 🗑️ I will never return to this location

  Absolutely horrible. Had to repeat my order 4 different times and they still got it completely wrong. Chocolate shake was not mixed. Absolutely horrendous.

  I used to always come to this Sonic so I decided to stop by today, 20 min for a corn dog and I had to mix my own slushy because all the syrup I guess was at the bottom of the cup, there were no cars here. Yeah I won’t be back.

  Not in a great area but the service was the worst. Recently i noticed the burrito is HALF the size they used to be, but thid happenedin another state, so not just this location. I was hoping it was a fluke-it wasnt. Idk what happened to all the Sonics in past decade but service at most of them ive been to isnt great, but this was dismal. If i hadnt ordered in the app we never would have gotten ANY attn-they never answered the call button at the stall. Looked like a customer walking up, no one clearly in uniforms. Paid more attn to friends pulling up to chat (not order) than customers. Took freakin forever and i had to walk to the kitchen and pop my head in to get the sauce that was on my order (and receipt). Smh.
