- MGMatthew Guzzi4 days ago5.0I visit the Panera on Gervais St about every morning and use my Sip club. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food and service are excellent. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I highly recommended this location and Panera bread. Their sandwiches are great especially the chicken egg avocado.

No full menu to look at, employees had no idea what’s on the menu as they were new (although they were friendly), no booster seats or high chair. Had to complete part of the order at the kiosk and the rest at the register. Oh, and to top it off, five minutes after we ordered one of the breakfast sandwiches they informed us that they can’t do the breakfast sandwich because they’re not serving breakfast anymore. And then because apparently they do not own the kiosk POS, they said they were able to unable to refund us for the breakfast sandwich we couldn’t get. I rarely leave reviews, but this was just horrible.

Panera called me 10 minutes before my pickup time saying they had zero bagels or anything they could substitute, and the scones had to be ordered through catering. (Despite the website advertising them. The catering site was broken at the time.) I understand it was a bit last minute, but it wasn't a big order and they were open for nearly two hours before letting me know. Ruined the morning and made me late trying to run around town fixing it. Worth noting "Available" items on the regular ordering website seem to have no bearing on real life. System needs help. Plan accordingly.
