  I have ordered curbside numerous times. The curbside employees were great and the food was ready quickly. On the first two orders, there were errors and Rachelle from Outback reached out and found out what the problem was immediately and gave me feedback. This is exceptional customer service. Other than that, the food was delicious.

  The food was great the lobster the shrimp but the steak was little tough maybe well done was too well done but everything thing else was delicious and margarita.

  The server was fine. I ordered A whole Slab of Ribs for$31.00. I got 4 ribs plus 4 more Ribs that isn't A whole slab??? First and Last time ordering there??? Do Better please

  Im am sitting at bar right now iv heard several complaints around me I have gotten my potato soup and it was alright but I ordered a tall stella draft and you can tell right away when a restaurant does not clean tap and lines it makes an expensive beer taste terrible and really puts a damper on the whole experience..update got my steak and onion chips and onion chips were cold and had to ask for the sauce that comes with steak was alright but honestly I knew i was taking my chances in Columbia south carolina

  I had a very disappointing experience at Outback Steakhouse. I chose to sit and eat at the bar, and my food was brought out by a waiter named Moe. At the time, the bartender had stepped away from the bar. When I politely asked Moe for silverware, he rudely responded, “No, get it from the bar,” and immediately walked away. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. When the bartender returned, she was informed about what had happened. She did speak with Moe about the situation, but later came back and told me that “he did not care.” Hearing that after already being treated so poorly only made the experience worse. Customer service should be a basic expectation when dining out, and this interaction made me feel like my business didn’t matter. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses how guests are treated because no customer should be spoken to that way.
