- BBBenjamin3 days ago1.0Employees were extremely rude pointing, laughing, and ignoring me when I said I had placed an online order. The store being closed for maintenance is understandable, but they refused to help me cancel an order I had already paid for. I felt humiliation as i was met with complete lack of understanding and malice for simply for trying to get my money back.

But what is it with this Kiosk crap? I understand we're moving ahead with technology, but can you post a sign? You go in and have to order and pay if you like on a kiosk and wait for your order. The kicker is... if you don't know that, you're just standing at the counter, hoping to catch someone. Customers and employees are getting upset with each other. Fix the problem.... MAKE A SIGN!

I order the toughest chicken sandwich ever and the fries were so salty it will give you high blood pressure. I think I am done with this location...
