  Straight up had to wait a hour for my food and was told to pull and park in a parking spot and my food will be brought me. They never brought me my food. I had to walk to the window to tell them what I ordered and only then was able to get my food. Normal wait time for them is at least 45 minutes if your lucky

  Double cheeseburger plain only ketchup NO CHEESE....got the ketchup right but still added the cheese...

  I waited 55 minutes for 20 nuggets before giving up. Everyone who came in after us was served (even up to 30 minutes after us) and I made the employees aware of it twice and they told me it was still coming. No initiative was taken and several others were coming up telling them there were issues and there was no urgency from anyone to do anything. Food was given in a random order and they were ignoring several people asking for help. Never even got my order.

  Waited an hour for chicken nuggets that never came. Asked multiple times if they were working on the order and they said it would be out soon just for it to never come.
