  I came in today at 10:50am to get my online order. When I walked in no one greeted me. Ok no big deal. I asked about my order they said nothing. So I walked to the end where it seemed people grab their order once it's done, I see 6 people standing there talking doing nothing but multiple orders sitting on a table waiting to get bag. There was a gentleman that came in behind me 2 mins later. He ordered and got his food in a minute. I then asked did they even make the order. The gentleman at Jimmy j then said oh I thought he was getting it then asked another employee was it done. It was sitting there the whole time. What's the point of having multiple people there, it not he busy and the service still be bad. I won't be bad to this location

  Frankly Jimmy John's isn't my first place to go to for a sub but they were close by. I got the hot Italian with extra mayo. It was piled with meat so that's a treat, but there was no mayo on the sandwich even though I asked. No cheese. Very little dressing, tomatoes and lettuce. Piled with meat though. Also, what's up with fat food places asking for tips? Pay your staff and stop passing on their pay to customers if they need more money. This is getting ridiculous.

  You absolutely, always, unequivocally and without fail check every aspect of your order or it will be wrong or incomplete. Doesn't matter if you order in person or in the app. If it is busy or they are closed. If they have a bunch of staff or none, early in the day or late. makes it really frustrating but the food is good.
