    This is the worst Wing Stop I have visit actually, any Wingstop that’s around 29201 is distasteful. The food is weak the server is weak. This place needs new management. Matter of fact, all restaurant on Gainier is horrible. People don’t have no passion in there job They just a waste of time.

    Did an online order. 2 of the 3 things ordered were combos. Other things order were a 20 piece and extra order of fries. Drove home 30 minutes only to find only 1 order of fries in the bag. Called they want me to put all the food back in bag and drive 30 minutes back. Spent $65.11 and didn't get what I ordered. 😡

    This wing stop is so slack!!!! They gave my food away and then gave me a hard time with remaking my food!! They told me I needed to verify MYSELF to get my food when I’m QUITE SURE they didn’t verify with the person who they gave my food to!!!!

    I accidentally order at the wrong location and it went here, when I called to have them refund it I was “already made your order and we don’t have anyone here to do that”. If this type of thing happens a company should be able to train or give the capability to refund, or they lied.

    All of the negative reviews are 1000% correct! From the employees to the GM customer service is nonexistent! There’s a trend of people being inconvenienced for receiving the wrong order, with no apologies and bad attitudes in return! This location must be locally owned with no repercussions, because there is no way a corporate store would be okay with all of this negative feedback. Definitely not worth the money they charge.
