Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The whataburger people got our whole order wrong besides the kids meal, forgot our drinks then REFUSED to remake our food that THEY got wrong!!!! Worst experience I’ve had in the food service!! The burger was okay and I asked, but like last time I didn’t get the ketchup which t The fries & onion rings are covered in grease. I will not be back and I wouldn’t recommend going…….. Edit: talked to staff that admitted they don't have a set schedule for cleaning the dryers and replacing the grease 🤢 she said that was why the fries were like that like it was normal and no big deal.

And somehow my last three trips there, my bun and tomato was soggy and my lettuce seemed like it just came out of a bowl of water. What happened to that guy that was working nights at this location?? Bring him back please 🥺!! The food was always fresh, fast, and perfectly put together. Not sure what them ladies making the food now got going on back there. But soggy bread and vegetables ain't it.
