As a frequent patron of this specific Wendy's, I was extremely disappointed by my most recent experience here.
I placed a mobile order for pickup at 12:14pm, and I walked into the restaurant. I stood by the pick up area for 20 minutes, and witnessed people who had walked in after me, who had ordered in person, had received their food. I asked the person that was bagging and calling out the orders what the status was of mine. I was then made aware that you have to check in at the front register for a mobile order (I have never had to do this before). He then pretty much insulted me by nearly yelling at me in the store, in front of all the customers and employees. Thankfully, he told the front cashier to check in my order.
I waited for 15 more minutes after this ordeal, and my food was still not ready. I had waited nearly 40 minutes in total for "fast food". At this point, I had to leave in order to return to work. I left with no food, drink, or any other kind of compensation.
I highly doubt that I will return to this Wendy's anytime within the near future, as the service is extremely unfriendly, unkind, and slow.

Every time I visit this Wendy’s, my order is taken by some large buffoon who constantly gets my order wrong a proceeds to get mad at me. I try not to get mad at it, but this recent visit got under my enough to leave a review.

Staff was unprepared to greet and work with guest upon opening. No signs to indicate the dine room is closed to the public, yet door remained locked. No one spoke on the drive thru speaker so orders had to be placed at the window. Person handled money but then also handled and bagged food with no gloves or hand washing in between. Manager was in the background but also did not greet guest or even apologize for any delays or inconveniences or explain why the doors were locked and drive thru was not operating properly at all. Food was mediocre at this location compared to most Wendy's. Just overall, unpleasant experience!!
