  Yall night shift sucks waited 20 minutes to no have hot food and missed half my stuff. Yall use to be a great location but yall gone down hill. It’s one the to wait and have hot food plus everything there, that’s not what happen. I will be calling again tomorrow since yall don’t answer at night

  I visited Wendy's recently and left disappointed. The service was slow and inattentive, my order was incorrect, and the food felt underwhelming and lukewarm. Definitely not the quality I expect, especially for the price. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

  Very disappointed with the customer service I received today. I went through the drive-thru this afternoon to get lunch and had a coupon on my phone for free nuggets. The employee told me that next time I would have to come inside to get my free nuggets. That doesn’t make sense to me — the whole purpose of a drive-thru is convenience. If there’s an issue with how coupons are processed, that shouldn’t be put on the customer. I was also asked to pull forward and wait for my food, which I didn’t mind at all. However, when my food was brought out, I politely asked for a spoon. The employee looked inside my bag and questioned me, asking what I needed a spoon for. That was very unprofessional. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to explain why I’m requesting a utensil. After questioning me, she then told me I could come inside and get the spoon myself. That was unnecessary and rude. There was no reason to speak to me in that manner or treat me as if I was a child. Overall, the interaction felt disrespectful, especially coming from someone who appeared to be a manager. Customer service should be about professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was not my experience today.

  AWFUL!!!! service awful, always missing something and when you try to go inside to tell them , CLOSED… so u have to wait in the line again! don’t bother calling because they won’t answer , food cold.

  Went through the drive thru. Couldn't hardly understand them and then they got the order wrong. Went back in only to get a attitude from the employees.
