Need new management they watch the stand at front counter and did not take out order kept walking past us and then lock the door after we left. And they lock the lobby at 7:30

Unfriendly. Second time at this place ordered the exact thing both times which included the bacon double stack biggie bag. Both visits I never had bacon on my sandwich and they weren’t out because my husband got the jr bacon cheeseburger and had it on his. Also trying to understand why one worker was working as an employee but in a Burger King shirt..

If I could put 0 stars I absolutely would. Terrible customer service. The woman at the window just now did not even look at me during the entire payment and food hand off interaction, stuck her hand out the window while her body was turned the other way to give me my card back. The only words she spoke was my total for the order. As someone who works in customer service, it is not hard to be even just a little bit kind, or just say hello maybe? lol
