- BKBecca KNov 11, 20251.0It never ceases to amaze me how its proven correct that restaurants with employees such as wendy's, mcdonald's, Burger King are the ones that are not worth dealing with and should be shut down by now. I was wondering why it took this woman so long to give me my change of $3.50, but then she gave me a torn up dollar bill that she hid in between the two other dollar bills. I mean half of this bill was missing. So when I pulled off and I went to go put my money in my wallet I realized it. You cannot mistake in this bill for a full bill. And then when I came in to get my money and show them what happened this big, tall, shrek sounding and looking woman had the audacity to stand there and laugh about it. This was at 1:40 p.m. on November 11th. I've gone to this Wendy's many a times and never had a problem. But I also realize it's only at certain times of the day. Even the manager that came to give me my dollar back didn't say she was sorry for her employees arrogance or anything. Don't waste your time here. To have to sit there and turn around just for a dollar because somebody is being arrogant on purpose, it's not worth it. Check your money regardless!!!

The shift manager explained that I quote "all due respect " but our lobby doesn't actually open till 9 am. I replied ok that's fine and I turned to walk away to go back to my truck and wait. This girl actually said out loud that now she wanna have a attitude. I turned and said UM NO I DONT HAVE A ATTITUDE I SAID THAT IT WAS FINE. AND I WALKED TO MY VEHICLE TO WAIT LIKE I WOULD HAVE DONE. AFTER 9:03 AM I WALKED BACK UP TO THE DOOR AND IT IS LOCKED. I WAIT A FEW MIN NOBODY EVEN CANE TO LET ME IN THIS IS REDICIOUS.THEY NEED TO LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS UP IN THAT PLACE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE GOTTEN ATTITUDE. ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THANK U ,
