She made side comments, put her hand on her waist with an attitude and roll her eyes and even said " oh my God" . She told me to" GET OUT" several times after I politely asked her the cash she handed me is short. This morning 10/15/25 I wanted to place an order apparently its only online or go to the store per the AM manager this morning when I asked who was the manager lastnight she immediately said " oh you was the lady lastnight " well we have the video and camera and I will take it to the higher person where you work". She accused me of coming back the 2nd time and I was explaining to her i didn't as I did not leave the store I ordered thru drive thru and there was a car behind me waiting as well so after crystal handed me my cash I parked and counted my money thats when I found out it was short so I came inside the store so I can show her as there are cars waiting on the drive thru but this morning manager said and back up the pm manager " you dont understand, you probably do not understand ENGLISH". I told her what I do and just need an explanation not a DISCRIMINATION. I was treated not a person and treated Iike a dog when she said behind her mask " GET OUT SEVERAL TIMES". I called 911 to report the incident but no reason for cop to attend as there is no crime but being rude unfortunately by the managers. DEFINITELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

He made sure my order was perfect and offered helpful suggestions with a smile. It’s rare to come across that level of professionalism and genuine care these days, and RD definitely made my visit enjoyable. I’ll be coming back because of the excellent service he provided!
