  Never order from this tropical smoothie. Placed a $30.43 order and it was delivered by door dash. The order wasn’t mine when it arrived. Explained it to the dash and called DoorDash support they explained that since I ordered on the tropical smoothie app then they had to refund. I contacted tropical smoothie and they stated it was DoorDash fault but I also explained what door dash told me. The cashier tried to call his store manager and tell him my issue. The phone was on speaker and I could hear him screaming that he wasn’t going to refund me and told him to remake my order. I placed the order at 1:28 because they still had the smoothies in their fridge that they made earlier. I explained that I was finally off work and it was 6:20 I just wanted my refund. The store manager just continue to state he didn’t care and was not refunding me. I even showed pictures that the order wasn’t my name and the smoothies were green and I ordered Açaí berry boost and Bahama mama. I go to this establishment daily for lunch but I will no longer give them my business.

  I love tropical smoothie, been going for years and have been to various locations. this one is the worst. food is decent, usually, but the service is consistently bad. no one greets you, no one even attempts eye contact or conversation… don’t get me wrong im not here to make friends, but it comes off as very rude when you’re the only person in the store, they see you walk in, then keep their back turned while you stand waiting at the register. it’s hard to stomach $16 for a small flatbread and a smoothie when you feel unwelcome, like you’re an inconvenience. side note: why can’t i call in an order? the app doesn’t allow for any modifications

  Friendly staff... drinks are large and delicious. Prices are very reasonable... Fast service

  Wouldn’t let me sub out banana for peanut butter. Smoothie was icy and I didn’t even finish it. $10 I’ll never get back. Go to Jamba on forest drive instead.
