One thing I exerved about your employees for today , when someone walks in the door of color they act like the person doesn't exist. They do not greet the customer. I observed when there's certain other people that come in they seem to see them as an existence when they walk through the door and talk to them When a customer comes up stand for 10 minutes. Nobody greeting , no one saying anything about they'll be right with you or how can I help you something or it'll be a few minutes , but I'll be with you no customer service at all. While the girl was at the counter , I simply , said, excuse me , do you guys have a restroom? She ignored me but she heard me and act like I didn't exist. I was there to pick up an order, but I went ahead and canceled and look for the restroom myself and what's done I left out. Because I did not like the customer service It seems they're racist at this particular location. If you don't address this to your staff, this becomes a problem.If you're open to sell your business, please do reach out. If you don't know about the business world , customer service is everything to a business.
