    My daughter was accosted by a homeless man while waiting inside the store for her order pick up. He was yelling profanities at her and slamming his hands on the counter table next to her. No one helped her, no staff, no one standing by. She left without her food. She will not be returning. Fix your homeless issue.

    I love tropical smoothie in general, but this particular location let me down. I ordered delivery through the app and it was delivered by DoorDash. However, it took almost an hour for my food to be delivered and I’m only a few blocks from the store. When my food arrived my wrap (that is supposed to be hot) was cold and there was no straw in my bag for my smoothie. Over $20 for a smoothie, a small wrap, and some chips (not including delivery). I’ll stick the one one on Two Notch in NE Cola, this location didn’t do it for me.
