  Absolute snails pace of speed here, had an order that took 30 mins to make, with little to no orders ahead. If this is gonna be how it is, they might as well shut down

  I don't know what all of those other subways have been doing all these years but this place is the best! The meats looked the freshest I have ever seen, the sandwiches were made correctly and not slapped together and drowned in viniger and oil. This is now my Subway of choice and everywhere else is second best

  Now I have been before and have loved it, but this has been one of the worst times I have encountered in my history of going to a subway. Well for starters the staff is very rude and condescending. I had just ordered through the online app and my boyfriend went in to pick it up. When we got home, we noticed the entire order was screwed up. So we called to let them know and they hung up. That was strike one. Upon arriving at this location, they were fairly busy and I understood that. So when I finally got to the register they said they would remake it, but they didn't right away. We ended up having to wait about 5-10 minutes and they still were not even trying to remake it. My boyfriend had to get up and get in line. That was strike two, because on the receipt it says if its not right they will make it right. Now my boyfriend is getting it remade, but one of the workers who acts as a manager of some kind tells the other coworker that was making our sandwhiches to just recook the chicken and use the same sandwhiches that were wrong. So my boyfriend is aaking if its not too much trouble to get fresh sandwhiches. The manager guy proceeds to argue with my boyfriend and catch an attitude. That was strike three for me. So I finally got up and I expressed the nature of my concern and the manager finally agreed to fresh sandwhiches, but acted as if it was an inconvenience. It's crazy because as a well known company that is supposed to generate customer satisfaction, acts the complete opposite. I have never, and honestly nor will I ever return to this subway again. This absolutely unacceptable, and it's sad that I have to turn to a review and corporate for a company tbat is designed to cater to a customer's needs.
