  2nd daytime visit to this Subway, around 1:15 on Jan 12, 2026 (I gave grace on the 1st visit; everyone is entitled to a bad day) where I experienced being treated in a bossy and rude manner by the same female employee. Lady, you have treated me rudely twice and both times I was nonreactive because I did not want to ruin a pleasant outing with my friend. I took it from you, but here is your review. There is no reason to treat customers like naughty schoolchildren (I am 65). I suggest employee training: How To Not Try To intimidate Customers 101. Note: I WILL survey the vegetables prior to placing my order, thank you very much. And, I already selected GIFT CARD on the card scanner before I scanned the card. How would I know I was “supposed” to tell you?

  I have been to this location twice at lunch time. The female preparing the food was rude, condisending and treated me like a small child. First, she told me I was standing in the wrong place, there was no one else in line. Second, she asked if I needed anything else and "huffed" because I said no. Third, was condisending again because I paid with a gift card. I was given no napkin. I have no complaints about the food. It was delicious. However, they need a new worker behind the counter. I won't be coming back to this location.

  Service was the worst, I was trying to decide whether to order through the app or in person but attendant was extremely rude. Subway just lost a customer.

  The service was terrible- old Caucasian woman with red hair. I placed an online order but she was unable to assist me when she informed me that she did not receive order. Even when I showed her a screenshot of my order at the correct location she was unable to help me because she “can’t read that”. I’d like a call back or feedback on my order experience. I felt horrible leaving this store when all I wanted was a sandwich.
