  I maybe only go to sonic once every in awhile. I ordered through the app and got to the location and pulled into the stall. Checked in on the app. Usually the order is out in 5-8 minutes. It takes a whole 15-20 minutes for them to bring out a single milkshake. Oh and the guy that brought it out to my car didn’t even asked if I was the person or not, nothing. Just “here you go” and that’s it. Then this girl walks out with someone else order to my car and asks “did you have a burrito?” No, only a milkshake. I looked at her confused because the only thing I order was a milkshake.

  Love it here but I have been in the drive through for 25 mins… this is a constant thing.

  I tried to order a burrito in a bowl because I don't eat bread and was told they don't do bowls. I order the same item from the Sonic on Farrow Rd and have no problem. I tried calling the store (Hardscrabble) to ask if my order was something that could be done but the phone number on the internet does not work- says it has been disconnected or no longer in use.....smh
