The atmosphere and service was excellent. Our server Precious was professional, knowledgeable with great customer service. The atmosphere was electric with all the bikes, car, gas pumps, and military. The food was not what I expected the wings was not to my expectation and my sweet potato fries were over cooked. Still had a great time.

Food came out no sauce on wings I ask for sauce looked at me like I was stupid had to get up and get my own refill and when the bartender seen me coming she walked off on her phone after looking right at me finally was able to a refill. When I arrived me and another gentleman waited at the door for at least ten minutes to be seated and there was only two tables eating employees would look at us and just go on crazy have never been in any of your companies location where everything was so bad. Great location but the truck stop is completely full and there is only four tables taken at dinner time should give you a clue that there is a peoblem

Omg this was a horrible experience. We walked in and some solo artist played so loud it was an instant headache. We found a booth as far away as possible. We tried to order food but the waitress had to wait between songs to hear us. We ordered cocktails and got our menus. My husband ordered a 12 oz ribeye a baked potato and baked beans. 30 minutes later we got our 1st drink and were told they were out of ribeyes so he ordered and 8 oz sirloin. I had ordered a bake potato and potato soup. I got my baked potato but had to send the soup back. It was like brown water. No potato chunks chives or cheese like it all ways came in the past. When my husband finally got his order they served him a steak the sizebeans of a cigarette pack and a half full cup of baked beans. Where was his potato.....they said oh we're out. So all I had was a baked potato that belonged with his meal. We had two Jim Beams each. They gave us an unitemized receipt for 52 dollars for basically 1 meal. So we left both hungry and with a headache. We have been here many times. We will never be back and we have 32 yrs of trucker friends that will hear about this.

Would give 0 stars. Truck driver came in with team driveway 9pm . Food out at 9:35. Brought us burgers and dry looking wings. No sauce, mayo out of stock, no fries! 🤣
We eat the burger down to last 2 bites then the fries come but still no condiments. Our server never checked on us and the cook brought the food out but the same server served the table in back of us.
Cold inside, I had a hoodie and jacket on.
One server girl has on a tshirt rubbing her arms while taking order. Nice atmosphere for a truckstop. Customer service trash and management poor.
$54 later I didn’t get steak but I was definitely lubbed of horrible service. Should have went to Wendy’s and got the $5 meal deal. My stomach wouldn’t have know the difference.. Good luck to the new contenders.

The food is inconsistent. I was a frequent customer here, but I will no longer dine here. On the nights I went it was great, but during the day it was horrible with terrible service. The manager refuses to speak with upset guests or fix any issues. I had great experiences with the other managers, Cheyenne and Brian mostly during the nights I went. Those two were very clearly holding the place together. During the one time I visited during the day for lunch, the staff were very obviously busy and struggling with no manager in sight. I understand the kitchen needs help too, but not when you have multiple guests including myself (a night regular) having issues. My food was overcooked and very greasy and it took 20 minutes for anyone to even say anything to me or acknowledge I was there and wanting a table, I did not leave because I had previously had good experiences. It is very disappointing that the night staff work very hard for guests to have a good experience and the difference between the managers and experiences there is unfortunate. I wish the staff there the best, but the manager needs to figure out how to actually manage and accommodate guests.
