I came in around 3 pm and ordered the ribs and wings combo with baked beans and sautéed green been. Food was all really good, ribs were small and even though I enjoyed them I wish I would have just ordered more wings instead. My server Tarrah was amazing and was running the show up front herself and did an amazing job moving from working the bar to the tables. Great attitude and good at her job. I would definitely come back again.

This is the WORST place to take friends and family to bowl and eat. The bowling is great. No issue there. However, the service from the restaurant absolutely SUCKS! Went to the bar to ask for service at our lane, during this time the “bartender” sees me and proceeds to ignore me, then when others come up after me, they get taken care of first. On top of that, once I finally got acknowledged, the person tells me that I can order there at the bar and no one will be coming out to take orders. Waited 30 minutes for drinks and had to go back to the bar to inquire. The response was “oh… I forgot”. These are the people that expect 25-35% tips. I got the adult beverages. At that time I said I would be right back for the rest. The response was “I’ll bring it to you” 15 minutes later as the kids were eating the appetizers and thirsty, my wife went back to the bar and had to wait for the soda to be poured and she brought them back herself. So to put this in context, there were 4 people around the bar and 2 booths. So, no the bartender wasn’t busy at all, IMO, just sorry and lazy. Maybe untrained IDK, nor don’t care. I’m a paying patron and should expect at the least decent service.

First, the night before my experience was horrible. Evening shift needs to be replaced and I'll leave it at that. This morning was awesome, the bartender Tarrah was very nice and polite. Told her what happened the night before and she was on it. Made sure my food was being prepared ordered me a free drink on the house. The general manager Rodney came out and apologized for what happened the night before, he actually prepared my food himself which was delicious!! Thank you Tarrah and Rodney!!

Looks can be deceiving! This place is nicely decorated but the service is HORRIBLE!! This was my husband's and I first time at this establishment and for me it is my last. We waited over an hour for our food to come but it came in stages. My husband's steak came out first with some toast on the plate👀. He was told his sides a loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli with cheddar jack cheese will be out soon. My food came out about 5 mins after his which was the Mac n cheese in the skillet (a mess). The waitress was nice but overwhelmed as she was the only waitress on the floor. We informed her that we wanted to speak with the manager. She told him we wanted to speak with him but apparently he refused to come out to do so. He told the waitress to let us know we could leave and not worry about paying. That's unacceptable especially as a manager. You should at least come out to apologize. He didn't come out until he saw us walking towards the exit. He tried to dodge us but we made sure to express our disappointment. He gave us 3 vouchers for the next visit but we will not us them. Save your money & your time!

I wasn’t going to post but I woke up and couldn’t let this slide. I have came into Quakersteak and lube a few times during my travels and have had great experiences! But yesterday night was so disgusting. Not because the food, or service of the bartender that was helping me(Tarrah), but because of the bartender that came in to take her place Marissa. Marissa has helped me before, and I did not care for her attitude or rough service. But yesterday, she was just SOOO rude to Tarrah, bumping into her, taking a long time on the register so she had to wait, starting a argument with her about her not helping her with the drink orders, when her first words to her was “how long is it going to take you to close out your tickets” Yes, the patrons could hear everything because she was not only rude but loud about it. She was blatantly talking about Tarrah with the customers which encouraged customers to be negative towards her!! And that wasn’t where the unprofessionalism stopped. She then screamed across the restaurant at a waiter for taking a drink she made for another server I’m assuming. I have been here a few time but with bartenders like her, I won’t be coming back!! I don’t know how Tarrah handled herself so calmly and gracefully lastnight, but big KUDDOS to her for staying professional!! She’s a GREAT bartender and I would come back during her shifts anytime!!! Great job Tarrah, sorry you had to deal with someone treating you that way.
