  Pathetic staff. Not paying attention to order of people coming in. Waiting to be seated for several minutes and then 2 other people walked up and they were helped right away. Fortunately they were getting to go food, but I had to speak up and say that I would like to be seated. I was told sit where you like even thought they had the "wait to be seated signs" out. Sat down without a menu and waited some more. Finally got a menu and silverware, but not able to place drink order. Finally the other lady asked if she took my drink order, said no and ordered a beer. Waited some more, decided what I would order and waited some more. A man sat in the next booth and before long she was taking his order and walked away. I still hadn't received my beer and she skipped me in taking my order. I left since apparently they don't want my money. Would've been my first time eating here, now I'll never try them. 0 out if 10 would not recommend.

  Food was slightly better than the Raphine, VA location. Chicken was ordered hot, and lived up to that moniker while being slightly on the dry side. Draft beer was cold as ice and was a nice complement to the heat of the hot sauce. Bartender was friendly and helpful. I'd eat here again. Just $31.34+ tip for a dozen boneless, 2 Bud Light 22oz beers, and 2 small bleu cheese cups. Thanks for the attentive service!

  I’d love to say my visit to Quaker’s was great, especially since the atmosphere was actually really nice and the bartender was friendly (credit where it’s due). Unfortunately, that’s where the compliments end. I ordered a chicken wrap, which was apparently code for a “lettuce burrito with a cameo appearance by chicken.” I think I found maybe two actual pieces of chicken hiding under a mountain of shredded lettuce. The real kicker, though, was the ranch, which tasted like it had been sitting around since the restaurant opened. Nothing like expired dressing to really tie the meal together. If you’re coming for drinks or good company, maybe it’s worth it. If you’re coming for food… I’d recommend packing your own wrap.

  I used to come here when I was younger used to be an amazing place for food and entertainment now it’s just a former shadow of what it once was service was god awful me and my wife was told 30 mins I said find not a big issue but the lack of people that was eating there was hardly enough Reason for the wait but I didn’t say much so we waited and waited watch people come in and just get to go sit they didn’t have appointments just went to go sit from a couple to a whole family I asked why do we have to wait but they didn’t she refused to answer and walked off stay away from the counter where me and my wife stood and waited then she comes back almost 40 mins later and tell us it’s gonna be another 20 mins with a smirk on her face I can tell u this now I will never set foot back there not even for the bowling I’ll let all my friends and biker buddy’s to stay the hell away

  DO NOT EAT HERE, DO NOT STOP HERE ! This place is horrible!! They always run out of food (ribs, wings, steaks, rice, broccoli pizza , you name it , they can’t keep it in stock) on a daily. The manager ordering the truck sucks. The beer at the front bar has been out for 4 months now, they make the bartender run and get beer from the back bar. It’s terrible , I feel so bad for them. The bottle beer is also sky high , higher than beer on tap which they BARELY have ! The general manager Rodney is a terrible manager, I don’t understand why he’s still there. He doesn’t care about his employees and the way I’ve heard him talk to them the several times that I’ve been in there is gut wrenching. He leaves them to basically suffer themselves , he will go to his car , smoke cigarettes and anything just to not do work ! I remember being there one night and he came in sloppy drunk and was partying and selling bottles from the restaurant to customers on the bowling lanes. So unprofessional and now I see why the restaurant is in shambles. Nobody takes anything serious , he should’ve been out the door. Why is he still around ? Is that not illegal TA do better !! The site manger Collin is even worse. It’s like he walks around hating life and people. He has no idea how to even run a restaurant. He’s making it worse and worse. He needs a boot as well. Get rid of management and start over please! This place needs serious adjustments, I don’t think cooperate knows the half that goes on in this mess of a place ! I overheard workers discussing several mice that they’ve been catching around the restaurant. Made me lose my appetite and get up from my table and leave this past weekend . This was my final straw with this disgusting place. They’re always short staff. I have given this place chance after chance and it always disappoints. I truly believe cooperate should step in and turn this place around/ shut it down. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND APPETITE. They have a B- but it really should be an F !
