  This is not about the store itself. This is about the Papa John’s corporate team in that area. They are AMAZING at handling bad decision making in their GM behalf. They called me back quickly and listened to my concerns about my experience. It was a great experience talking to Mrs. Trish. Although last night was terrible I’m glad it was corrected today.

  Don't waste your time with this location they charge for red pepper and Parmesan, order from the one on garners ferry in the food Lion shopping center.

  1 star and that’s being generous. I ordered Papa John’s and specifically asked for BONELess wings. Somehow I still received bone-in wings. This was not just some small mistake because the food was for my pregnant wife. So I call the store thinking they would fix THEIR mistake. Instead I was flat out told I could bring the wings back to the store to exchange them. So I said I really have to waste my gas and time to drive all the way back up there to fix something yall messed up? And I was told unfortunately yes. No apology. No remorse. No discount. No credit. No nothing. So because of their mistake my pregnant wife had to sit there hungry while I’m expected to drive back, wait, and make her wait even longer for food. That is crazy and completely inconsiderate. On top of that, when I opened the pizza box the pizza didn’t even look good. Sloppy, uneven, and rushed. Definitely not worth the money. I attached a picture so people can see what they’re actually sending out. So let me break it down.
They messed up the order.
I lost money.
I wasted time and gas.
I got yelled at by my wife for something I didn’t do.
And the solution was basically tough luck. This is terrible customer service and horrible management. This is not how you treat paying customers at all. Total waste of money and I will never order from this Papa John’s again. If you’re thinking about ordering from here don’t unless you’re okay with wrong food and being told to fix their mistakes yourself. Completely ridiculous

  First off they gave half my address to door dash then delivered me the wrong food sorry Mr. J I got your number and address so if I was crazy yeah you might be in trouble. Then they resent it without the correct information second time and gave my food away.. I call back heated and the chick acted like I was in the wrong 0 outta 10 would not recommend Asked for the manager and bald head hung up.. Have the life you deserve.

  Food took forever to get to the desired place. About an hour and a half after the estimated time and wasn’t given an update on the food.
