  I went in to order some cheese sticks and I could’ve sworn I handed the cashier $20. She fumbled for a while to give me my change back. She was barely paying attention because she came to the register wearing full black headphones over her ears. She gave me back a dollar and some change on an eight dollar order but I was expecting more change back because I thought I gave her a $20 bill. I Politely and respectfully….., and it’s on camera so don’t even try to lie, sweetheart … I politely and professionally told her I need you to count the drawer down because I think I gave you a $20 .She went to retrieve a young man, who did not resemble any REAL manager I’ve ever seen. He opened the cash register drawer, he pulled out a $10 Dollar bill and said here’s your $10 you gave her a $10 then gave me this attitude . He had an unprofessional irritated look on his face (Along with the cashier with the black curly hair that had on headphones…. because she didn’t think I caught that, but I did) and he never counted the drawer down to verify. Customer service on this evening was extremely poor with these younger children behind the register and managing. This happened today around 7 PM. I also told her give me marinara sauce when I placed my order but that was missed, and when I asked The lovely little cashier that that took a very long time, and that was given to me with an an attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. During the day manage is great, but whomever this new crew is when the regular managers aren’t there are not professional at all. Young people especially, or just unprofessional people let me give you some advice , times are hard out here and grown folks are even fighting for your jobs because they have real bills to pay! Take a class on professionalism or you can let me teach you because that’s why these franchisees are shutting down and going out of business. A lot of it is due to extremely poor customer service. Check yourself! All of you who are so unprofessional and so rude and nasty Will Never go far on your personalities! Please do yourself a favor, Google professionalism , and good luck to you. Sincerely, Somebody who knows what customer service is supposed to look like.

  I contacted y’all since October 24 up to today . Yall lied and told Papa John’s customer service that you processed a partial refund and when I contacted the store for the very time your General manager said that y’all never processed anything . I been a loyal customer for awhile but after this service regarding y’all store I don’t wanna buy anything else from y’all . I was also told from South Carolina Department of agriculture after filing a complaint against y’all that I might need to take legal actions . Papa John’s customer service and DoorDash both agreed that where rude and nasty through the whole process and wasn’t trying to give me my money back nor remake it . also I noted to them how you said if I called again you will file for a harassment complaint each party said they don’t see how if it’s harassment if I was willing to try to work something out and y’all wasn’t trying to do anything. Everytime I called yall told me different things . DoorDash and Papa John’s customer service team documented everything and everything reaction . They both said they are the only ones that can give a resolution since I placed it through them directly. Not to much one of the days I called the PaPa John’s customer service team one of the agents said one the workers was rude and nasty cursed them out and hung up on their face and the store the same day the exact worker told me they cursed them out . One of them general managers told me the owner of store said his isn’t sending a whole 72.20 order back out he offered 2 pizzas . I told him no either I want my entire order back over or I want All my money back . He said the only way I get my whole order remade is contact DoorDash get them to refund them the money back to the store or have them repay for the order then send a driver . DoorDash sent drivers several times they never made the order or anything. They tried to blame DoorDash and DoorDash told them in a merge call that they are the ones who had my payment information I haven’t placed it with DoorDash and that they was supposed to pull the ticket from the day i originally place the order and remake it and had it to the driver .and i called today the general manager that originally told me if I want my entire order remade call DoorDash said the owner over the store said “ if you want your money back better dispute it with your bank”overall after this whole experience i would never buy anything again from them again . Unprofessional, no customer service
