I stopped going to Panera due to the customer service but today will be my last day ! I rather Starbucks instead ! Presentation of the food was horrible ! I addressed to the manager the young man who made it sucked his teeth because I had to come back two times for items I paid for ! Panera do better ! He had on a hoodie and wasn’t in uniform . Two managers on duty and they allowed him to come in like that and still make food . Mangers do better !

Ordered on doordash and the experience is horrible. I ordered 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup and a steak dipper. I received 2 cups of broth with no chicken or any of the other ingredients that are supposed to be in the soup. The picture of the sandwhich looks amazing but the sandwhich I received had 2 peices of meat on there I turned it sideways to take a picture to report it to Doordash and it looked like it was only bread. Just want everyone to know.....

The service was beyond terrible. The two young ladies who "said" they were the manager's don't need to be. They should be ashamed of the presentation of the place. Had we gone inside instead of the drive thru I would not have ordered. The display cases were nasty with things dripping from the glass and pretty much nothing was in stock. I ordered $50 worth of food. I informed them I had an allergy to nuts and they ensured me they would leave it off my food. I get home and there are nuts laying under my dressings cups. I drive all the way back up their and asked for another salad and refund but they refused. My husband paid so I didn't think to bring his card. I asked for another option and they refused the refund and to remake my food. 1 manager aggressively threw my salad in the trash and walked away. The other after refusing any resolve abruptly walked away. When she returned she ignored me and she asked the other customers to come to the other register. I asked her why would she do that and the customer said just help her. She ignored and told them to come up. I stepped away and called corporate. I walked up and asked for her name she told me her 1st name in a nasty way and then apologized to the other customers for me asking her name. I stated "I am a paying customer too and your not going to continue being disrespectful". She again continued to ignore me. And the proceeded to talk about me to her staff while I was standing there. I really don't understand why our young adults have no sense of intergrity and think being passive aggressive means they are handling things appropriately. The nasty aesthetic and atmosphere of the establishment is a direct reflection of their poor attitudes. I will be calling the general manager as well.
