I placed a to-go pick up order in I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes without moving. So then I came inside and was told that it's still not ready. I also looked around to see that they were a ton of people sitting around with drinks but no food. I was also told my order is not ready when the only thing I ordered was soup and a drink. Online won't let me cancel either so I walked away from $16 because the wait was too long.
