- KSKrista SchaeferJan 14, 20261.0I came in at 3:15 today hungry and cold after having a medical procedure where i could not eat solid food in 42 hrs. I was craving a bowl of hot soup. I ordered the broccoli cheddar. It was Luke warm at best. My guess 100 degrees. I asked them to heat it up. They said they can't do that and did not offer me a different soup that is the proper temp. This is a HEALTH VIOLATION! Soups must be heated to 165 degrees and held at 140 degrees no more than 4 hrs. This place has horrible customer service and I will be contacting the health department.
