    I visit Panera locations all over the state and country, and unfortunately this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had—and it’s a management issue. Many of the employees, including some special-needs workers, are kind and clearly trying. The managers, however, seem disengaged and only interested when there’s a large catering order. It’s disappointing because this is a nice store and it used to be run much better.

    Do better with food allergies. I always confirm before ordering to ensure recipe hasn’t been changed, that my order will be gluten free. Girl at counter slides me a barcode to scan, which doesn’t take me to any chart or allergen info, and walks away to talk w a coworker. I finally walked out, without food.

    First time eating from here. I ordered to-go , the employee was very curious and professional . My food was ready to pick up at the time she gave me, no waiting. Then the sandwich was phenomenal! Great job Panera!! All around great experience! I will be returning!

    i have always loved panera, but i guess something has changed in recent years. the bagels are now super thin, instead of big & thick like they used to be, and the tub of cream cheese i bought tasted like absolutely nothing. quite literally like water. i hope things change. such a shame for a place that used to be so good.
