So I get out of drive-thru and go in to get my pre-ordered meal for my 10 yo daughter who is with me. We go in and they refuse to give me my order stating I have to go back to the drive-thru. Then they say they canceled my order because breakfast is over. But I ordered 30 minutes ago!!! Then, it turns out after I left that they DIDN'T cancel my order. I keep trying to press "cancel order" in the app but the app says I can't because the order is being prepared. So I paid for a meal I didn't receive. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT 7501 GARNERS FERRY. ITS THE 3RD TIME I HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT MY ORDER!! I finally learned my lesson. Save yourself the headache.

I explained my order was wrong and basically nothing happened. This is ridiculous. I don’t see myself coming back to this location unless the management is charged.
