  Waiting time was 20 minutes, much longer than I expected. I ordered a big Mac meal and upgraded my drink to a milkshake by adding $2.10. When my order was served, they told me that they didn't have ice-cream that day; and they just gave me a cup for soda without refunding the $2.10 I paid extra for the milkshake. The service was rough and impolite.

  So I found a game piece in my cheesburger and brought it in. No apology she just took the bag and remade the food. I said I wanted the cheeseburger she served me and said she wasn't going to get it out of the trash. Also they had the cops issue a no trespassing notice by the police. Will be going to corporate to see what they have to say. Thank God they have video.

  “ Very Poor Management “ 3 out of 4 kiosk not working Very long wait time to get burgers & fries Broken TV menu and broken monitor for # ( it’s broken for over a month, how do I know, check the review before this one and the picture of broken screen looks the same, they did not fix or replace ) The food was 2.3 star, but not good ( Waited a very long time for my food, 19 minutes just for 2 burgers and fries ) Everyone that I saw come during the time I waited, No one was happy with the service, or the atmosphere ( one lady was asking if she can get a refund, because she was waiting 14 minutes just for a small fries, One guy was accused of stealing his own berger Another three people were complaining that the weight is ridiculous, A DoorDash female came in picking up an order they told her we don’t have that item I saw about 9 to 12 people during the time I was there and when I say No One, I literally mean No One Was Happy Again, Very Poor Management McDonald’s If you don’t believe me, come and check it out yourself,

  Having a bad day, got lost, hungry, having to use the restroom, turned around. Managed to get to the ta next door. All of ta food is closed. Restrooms closed. I go to the mcdonalds, inside closed, drive through only. I can't bring in my truck but they were so gracious to let me in and order and use the restroom. I don't know if it was the desperation, events leading to it, or just good cooking, but best burger ive had from mcdonalds in a while

  Was doing doordash and pulled up around 9:45 to try and pick it up. The store is advertised to close at 12. The doors were locked and once I went to the drive thru they told me they were closed. I told them I had an order to pick up and was told they didn't have it even though they didn't ask for the order name. So I got less pay since I couldn't complete the job and someone didnt get their food.
