The staff here is so weak. I walked in to buy a few meals for my kids. Both ice machines are broken- the lobby ice machine and their ice machine behind the counter. I asked about it. I offer of refund on my drink. They did remind me that the actual soda was still cold.

Don't come here to get food honestly go to a different McDonald's there slow it took my food 30-50 min to get prepared while all the other cars behind me got there oder ASAP I literally order 2 mckhickens and was delaying my food and my time

Waited in drive through to pay for 10 minutes. Got to second window and waited another 6 minutes until Shane opened the window and asked what I had. Asked for my receipt. I heard young lady in the back say to Shane that she just gave him the order to give to me. Apparently Shane gave the order to someone else. This other individual pulled up beside me and said that he had the wrong order. To which Shane looks at me and starts laughing saying that this other individual got my order. Proceeded to eat fries and drink in my face. After about another 10 minutes, asked me to pull up and they would make my order fresh. Waiting in parking spot for another 15-20 minutes. I walked up to the door and asked what was happening with my order. Meanwhile, 10-15 other customers have received their order. They forgot my order. Waited another 10 minutes for the young lady to bring me my order. Spent an hour waiting for my food. Disrespected by Shane. Got home and my order isn’t even correct.

I have complained to corporate. It’s like NOTHING gets better. I have stood in line for 5 min and even though I ordered on mobile app it took for someone to come into work to help people. The gentleman walked right to the register to help out but the females in the back choose not to even speak. It was an older gentleman waiting for the longest just to place the order. The employees here don’t wanna work ever. Shoot and the manager/hiring manager is here and they still move the same. They are completely rude in how they speak to customers and none of them smile. Gosh if I really hate this establishment. The gentlemen that ordered at the counter got his food before me and I did most!!!
Okay so today is 12/19/2025 and boooooyyyy let me tell you the update in management!! THEY DONT PLAY!!! EVEN boo asked soon as a fry was bitten into “which one you go to” tells you it’s a change!!! Now I not gonna put my ending grace into one night but no line no wait hot food sweet and kind hearted employee makes me wanna change to 5 stars but imma just take it from a one to a three!!! So far Friday’s night right before closing was my ever best experience and will be trying again!!! Sorry boo if I took your Friday lol!! Just give me your schedule then!!
