Nearby locations on Decker Blvd and Parklane Rd seldom have burritos available due to laziness not demand. The one small issue with this McDonald’s is that customers cannot use the kiosk to order with the app if paying cash. That slows things down and defeats the purpose and efficiency of the app and kiosk. It’s like they don’t want to man the counter and accept cash. Very friendly staff
- CCCaitlinJan 10, 20261.0consistently the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to! i come here once every few weeks to see if the experience ever improves, but it never does. i wait in EXTREMELY long lines for food almost every time. there was one occasion where my friend was in the drive thru for nearly an hour and they ended up getting the order wrong! had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make the extra burger that they forgot. to their credit, they gave us extra cookies as a sorry. doesn’t feel like enough though when this is consistently the same bad place. the line will be absurdly long and orders just won’t be taken for up to 15 minutes at a time! absolutely insane! i have thankfully had positive interactions with staff, but that’s about it as far as good things go. i could go on about more bad stories, i do not recommend coming here in the slightest.
