I am a regular customer at this location. For some reason, this location is always understaffed. There should be no way that somebody has to sit in a drive-through for 15 to 20 minutes if this is fast food. Not to mention that crew trainers that are held up to a certain standard has terrible service like catching an attitude with customers because the team and management cannot figure out the proper way to run a restaurant that is understaffed. I definitely put a complaint this morning and I’m expecting to hear back from the store manager.

Very good McDonald’s, staff is friendly, and the burgers taste fresh. Impressive considering it’s inside a very busy travel center
Terrible service. Wait forever to give me food that I order ahead of time online. They are extremely lazy. I order through app and parked. Instead of delivering my food to the car fresh, they try canceling my order prematurely without giving me my food( like I don’t know the strategy they trying to pull). I politely had to call them about my order. Then they finally send someone out to give me my food and of course it’s cold. That implies yall were too lazy or trifling to deliver my food to my car. I would have excuse this if they were super busy but they wasn’t. They simply just didn’t wanna do it. I use the park feature bc yall don’t know how to talk to people through drive thru nor face to face. It’s not the customers fault McDonald offers this service. McDonald’s needs to throw the whole lunch crew away at this location and start from scratch….whoever owns this particular McDonalds needs to do a surprise visit you’ll be in your feelings real quick when you get a taste of what your customers deal with. Update: 1/28/26 went there again last night hoping they would be better than lunch crew…wrong they were actually worse and this time they got my order wrong. I’ve worked fast food is it really that hard to be nice and acknowledge customers. Everyone in there seems to have an attitude and hate working there. I’m already stuck waiting (inside the restaurant this time bc apparently they don’t deliver to the car at night. I don’t know if that’s a rule/policy but I wouldn’t be surprised if they just made it up so they wouldn’t have to do it.) I’m a pretty patient person but I was obviously patient for nothing because they got the order wrong. Don’t worry I will be sending this feedback directly to McDonald’s.
