food is good, wait time is insane and there’s always homeless people walking around begging for money and sleeping inside the building which i deem as unsanitary.

I sat trapped in the drive-through for 30+ minutes (I was at the speaker with a mobile order. There were cars at the carryout window and payment window.). No movement at all, no one on the speaker explaining there was an issue, and when I was able to pull up to the window, the employee walked away. This was at 6:00 on a Saturday. Cars in the other lane were able to back out and leave, but I could only pull forward. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Went through drive thru and ordered two meals: McCrispy chicken Meal and Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal. Husband bun turned upside down with mayonnaise and tomato on top, my burger was raw and fries salty. Went back through drive thru and told manager. She seemed emotionless. Made food over, however. Went inside made an incident report to only find out the next day she gave me an Employee Incident Report. She knew I was not and employee. Made a complaint on there official website and customer service about food and her giving me an Employee Incident Report.

Ordered inside 10 minutes prior to closing and they waited till they closed inside to say “On God I Ain’t givin you no food the lobby closed get up on out of here or I’ll call the cops” and ignored us till we left 🙂

Horrible! It’s Thursday February 5th 2026 10 pm and these two woman are beyond slow. I sat 40 minutes for cold food that wasn’t right or even had condiments on them. SMH never going to Mc Donald’s again!
