- JGJamie G3 days ago1.0This in particular location, 1024 Elmwood Ave, Columbia, SC, was surrounded by a ton of homeless people. I placed my order through the mobile app - which took forever to complete. I decided to choose curbside pickup, it took forever to receive my order, and then my steak egg McMuffin was absolutely horrendous! The meat tasted old, chewy, and yet broke apart easily. Did not look like steak, was overly cooked, and didn't have any sautéed onions in it like it normally does. The rest of my food was mediocre and the employee that brought out my food was nice, but overall, I will not be returning to this location ever again. I will stick to the St. Andrew's location instead.

Each time, the staff told me “someone else already picked it up, you need to cancel.” I wasn’t the only one—there were three other drivers there being told the exact same thing. They’re clearly lying to drivers and making us cancel orders. Because of this, I got suspended for 3 days, received a violation, and nearly lost my job!!!! Absolutely unacceptable and untrustworthy place!!!

Employee walked to the back of the gas station with a tray full of food for the homeless. Elmwood location.
