  I had a delivery order for a beach club (turkey sandwich with cheese) and an Italian club. The Italian club was fine, however, the beach club was just bread and some toppings. The moment we saw this we called the store. The first employee wasn’t so helpful with a dismissive tone. The second was nearly as shocked as we were, but tried to understand. The manager doubled down and said she made it correctly and didn’t attempt to mitigate the situation. I want to add, I’ve never left a bad review or even felt compelled to, but this is the most idiotic situation I’ve ever been placed into. Wouldn’t suggest the place after it was my girlfriends favorite workplace lunch.

  You can literally order a sandwich and that one girl will still make your shit wrong. Mind as well get behind the counter and make it yourself

  Very short staffed, always busy during lunch hours but they barely have any workers. Mobile orders took too long and so did the walk in orders. Seems like they have too many orders but not enough workers to sustain the rushes. Love the food regardless and the workers that are there but it is very frustrating. I don't understand why a little sandwich can take 25 minutes to make.

  I walked in and received no greeting and it was dead silent and nobody was to be seen. Someone then came out of the back a few minutes later and at 1 in the afternoon had no fresh bread and gave me and everyone else that ordered old bread probably from yesterday or a few days ago it was so hard almost impossible to eat. It’s also freaky slow at this jimmy johns. I highly recommend going to another one not much further away.
