  I would give them 0 stars if it was available! This makes the 2nd time the employees at this location dropped the ball! I work down the street at the University and they always have issues delivering here! This is for the disrespectful employees to include the Manager, I placed an online order at 12:20pm for delivery and at 1:20pm my order was still out for delivery or so they said. I’m at work so my 1:00 pm lunch break was 10 minutes from being over and so I called. A black guy answer the phone and after I told him what’s happening, he hung up the phone. I call back, he hung up again! I call and asked to speak to a manger, he said he is the manager and slam the phone down! I call back, white lady picks up the phone and don’t know what’s going on! What the heck! Where do they find these people??? They applied for the job but don’t want to do! If you don’t like people, why do you work there? This was the most difficult lunch order I ever made. The staff was disappointing, disrespectful, and still had my money!!!! I will never order Jimmy John’s again! The employees and the Manager on Gervais Street, Columbia should step back and allow people who really needs a job to take care customers who are reason they get paid!!! Manager, you should be embarrassed!

  First visit to a Jimmy John's and will not return. I felt quite cheated paying $9 for a wrap containing mostly lettuce and a very thin slice of turkey. Money should be spent somewhere else.
