    My first visit and it was a very pleasant and positive experience. I was very skeptical because I don’t eat sushi and allergic to shellfish. Our server, Hannah was very pleasant, patient and polite. She explained the menu, told us about the difference in a few dishes when asked and answered about her favorites also. I tried something I didn’t know about and was pleasantly impressed. I will be definitely returning!!!! Thanks Hannah for a wonderful experience. I had salmon and chicken, clear soup and salad with a wonderful ginger dressing!!!

    I took my mom and aunt out for lunch and it was our 1st time. Our waitress Hannah was the best!!! She was very knowledgeable, respectful and went over and beyond to job and make sure we was good!!! If you go make sure you ask for Hannah!!!!

    We had a really great experience at Hinabi tonight for dinner. Our server, Miles, was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The food was fabulous. We also loved our sushi roll- it was to die for!

    The only reason I gave one star is because it was required to review! BEWARE this place is a scam! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Their manager, Tyler, “event planner”, Ivy and the rest of their management was impossible to work with! My daughter made reservations 2 weeks in advance for 22 people for her 21st birthday! She never received email confirmation, so she called 4 times to confirm they had all that was needed. Each time she was told they were all set and the reservations were secured for her. The day of, she called to add one more to the party and all of the sudden they require a $100 fee per table to reserve. This isn’t based off a headcount, just to reserve the table and it doesn’t go towards the meal. They charge a table rental fee to reserve any fire table. After admitting it was their error in not letting her know and she was not emailed about the fee or provided the correct information they refused to honor their commitment to her and waive the fee. It’s their “POLICY” is their go to statement, be aware, customer service doesn’t exist! I called back to make management aware and while he did offer to give us a discounted fee, $150 instead of $250, once I told him we were going somewhere else I was just making him aware of how rude his staff was, he said “no, you are rude” and hung up on me. Class act! Sadly, the management doesn’t care about the future of this establishment! They rather forgo a $1,000+ meal to make sure they stick to their “policy”. A policy that doesn’t exist, as her friend held a 20 person reserved dinner there the week prior and was not charged! I will say we called Satos afterwards and they fit us in immediately with no charge! Customer Service is key!! *Updated In response to the owner, this is untrue, we never completed any form! My daughter called the restaurant 4 times to confirm since she did not receive an email and each time was told her reservation was set and no further info was needed. Work on your honesty and customer service! 👎🏻

    Perhaps the worst culinary experience me and my family of 7 have ever experienced. Despite our host and server doing their absolute best, the management seemed to fail them. Despite a pleasant start to our visit, as soon as our server needed to lean on the management for menu clarification, we were quickly let down. I cannot speak highly enough about our young server but as soon as we were met with her higher ups, it was clear the establishment was rotting from the top down. Unfortunately the management and food quality were of poor quality. I can only hope our young server finds better employment. Cannot speak highly of our servers customer service, unfortunately I cannot speak lowly enough of the management's handling and concept of running any restaurant, much less an upscale one. Godspeed and best of luck to anyone pursuing an edible Asian meal, I pray you do not search for it at this location.
