Tonight I ordered to pick up my food at 930pm, two little cheeseburgers and a large order of Cajun fries. I got there at 925pm and announced myself, I was told that my order had just came up and waited until 950pm to get my food! The only reason that I got my food then was because I asked if there was a problem, they had completed my burgers but forgot to drop my fries so my burgers were just sitting there in the bag getting cold. The sad thing is that this not a one off, it has consistently happened to me here at this location. It has cured me of my Five Guys habit though, the last time I ordered there was June 2nd!

I found the host to be exceptional. She was friendly, repeated the order to ensure accuracy, and prompt. The restraunt was clean and I enjoyed the overall experience.

It was perfect timing because we were starving. Five Guys never disappoints and it was awesome. The staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean. Our food was cooked when we ordered it and wasn't sitting in a warming bin. It was worth every penny as I'd rather pay a little more for fresh hot food. You can never go wrong with Five Guys!

But it has pickles which I don't like. This was a take-out order and I had to be at work. Next time I'll double check what they put in my bag. I didn't this time because this has never happened. They're always on point!
