  The Fazolis Experience has dropped considerably which is probably why so many went out of business. It was nostalgic but we will not return

  Our visit was very uncomfortable from start to finish. The restaurant itself was extremely dirty—almost every surface felt sticky, and there were visible food stains, smears, and drips everywhere. The countertops and floors looked shiny with grease, like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. There were only two other patrons inside, and neither of them appeared to be eating. One seemed to be sleeping at a table, while the other repeatedly acted as if he was filming my girls on his phone, which made us extremely uncomfortable. We ended up moving seats because of it. Toward the end of our visit, the other individual actually moved closer to us and continued pretending to sleep at the table, which made the situation feel even stranger. Overall, it was a very unsettling and unwelcoming experience. Between the cleanliness issues and the uncomfortable environment, it’s not somewhere we would want to visit again.

  Never got a chance to order because the vulgar language that the employees were using was not what I wanted my kids to be hearing.

  I remain sad that all of the local Fazoli’s to us closed down. The fact that there is a place where you can get quality but simple Italian for a lower price is something that needs to make a comeback. Enjoyed having it again.
