- JAJ AMar 4, 20262.0Stopped while traveling (since we don't have a local fazolis and this is always a treat) around 845 pm Sunday, went inside and was told I needed to order at the drive thru. Did that, placed my order and the lady said they were out of the 3 subs and cheesecake (over half our order). Then a guy gets on to take the order and she didn't even tell the guy we had already placed an order. Started over with him. He was awesome even though they had nothing we wanted. We couldn't really order pasta to eat while driving... super disappointed.

- LHLeon HFeb 9, 20263.0there's no longer fazoli's near where i live anymore, but i did have fond memories growing up. so i had to hit this place when i was in town. i was the only other diner in the whole place at dinner time. got the baked ziti and salad. it was passable but not memorable, probably lacking some flavor though i could or should have added crushed red peppers. there was no more of that cheese grating til you say stop kind of deal, at least here. the staff consisted of one lady with glasses who seemed to be the most professional while the others were just chatting loudly and questionably and trying their best to be off task. probably won't be back
