  The food was alright It's not something I would brag about honestly.. it's just boiled noodles with someone squirting sauce over it

  I came in spoke no one but the tall guy name john answer back .trash on the floor the female manger rude waited 15 minutes for my food and no one came to the table the floor under the table sticky and the bathroom was omg nasty

  Generic Italian food. Was sad to learn that they no longer sell chicken wings.

  The girl who took our order was very nice, as were the people who delivered our meals. It did not appear as the servers had uniforms. We got one meal and ir was about 5 minutes before we got the other meals. Many tables had no lights, our light bulb was missing. I got the shells with garlic shrimp, only 2 shells and the shrimp was dried out which i paid an extra 2 dollars for and there was maybe 4 quarter-sized shrimp, not sure why i did not get the regular shells order-3 with the upcharge for shrimp. My husband ordered stuffed shells and got 3, they were good. The other meal we got was chicken alfredo, the chicken was dry also. HERE IS THE KICKER as we were eating a kid came up with a box if candy asking us for a donation and when my husband said no, he asked if he could have one of our breadsticks. SMH, WONT GO BACK

  worst experience i’ve ever had. for one we waited for 50 minutes at this place. food came wrong. and when brought to the cashiers attention and shown they gave attitude. a cook came from the back to not only be rude but not even fix the issue! he came being loud and snarky and asked for the food back jus to put 2 piece of shrimp on the rolls that were messed up. the loaded alfredo had 4 pieces of chicken and when asked for more he argued with me and yelled! this is by far the worst service and most disgusting food i’ve ever had here and i actually love fazolis. your employees suck and the service is horrible!!! address these issues. fire your staff! eventually you’ll have a lawsuit on your hands for having peopke like you’ve had on your staff tonight! do better! this is by far unacceptable! 50 minutes for bad service, rude and distasteful employees & nasty food. the worst combination to have for a business!
