- JCJeric ColeJan 2, 20261.0Absolutely ridiculous. Pulled in to grab donuts January 2nd 2026, 4:02pm. Wanted to get 2 dozen mixed donuts and to go inside and select them for my family. The one lady that was working told us it was drive thru only with all the doors unlocked and no sign on the door or drive thru window. However she had her CHILDREN at a table coloring or eating or something. Being too bothered to take our order inside because she was baby sitting instead of working. We will take our money elsewhere since it’s an inconvenience to let us see the donuts.

Please get your employees some customer service training because great customer service is not a given quality. Please do better. I’ll be going to Starbucks from here on out.. service and drink capacity is always the same. It doesn’t vary based off the BARISTA!! Do better.
