- MKMargaret Briggs Kelly1 day ago1.0my fiance and i went to this store. absolutely horrible service. the girl at the counter charged us for the individual items instead of a $6 meal deal. after it got fixed we got out drinks. her drink was not what she ordered. there was no french vanilla in it and it tasted like water. when we got our food we were missing items. she didn’t get her hash browns. i am absolutely appalled at the service that we did not get. no one spoke to us or acknowledged us when we walked in. the girl at the counter messed up our ordered and we didn’t get everything we paid for

After reaching home I started drinking the coffee and it tasted just like they gave me a cup of hot water with a drop of coffee. It was terrible. I know this location has the worst coffee and poor customer service, but l keep thinking maybe it's better today than yesterday. I used Dunkin Donuts on Clemson Rd. where there is good coffee and good service but it's a little distance from me. I need to be reimbursed for my coffees and trouble.
