They were unable to make part of my order, told me I had to contact corporate for a refund, and the avocado toast they were able to make for me was untoasted and cold.

We had already waited for 10 minutes after paying for our order and receiving only the coffee drink. When the manager rudely came to the window and said “You need to pull up.” I asked why it was taking so long for a simple bagel and hash browns and she replied that she had new employees. Seriously? How hard must the training be to heat a bagel? The manager was unprofessional and rude and the service was absolutely terrible! Avoid this DD location!
