  UPDATE: What is the purpose of posting the phone number for the district manager in the establishment if you can never get them on the phone??? I've called on 3 separate occasions and left messages. I haven't received a returned phone call yet. This lack of response screams unprofessional! ****************************************************************** I visited this location this morning (December 16th) at approximately 7:35 AM since it was on my to work. I understand that the drive through line was pretty full and there were also people waiting on the inside to be served. From what I could see, it looked like there were only 3 young ladies working, which I can imagine would be overwhelming. I waited patiently to place my order because again, there were a lot of patrons and only 3 workers. While I was waiting, one of the workers, an African American lady with a ponytail on the top of her head, placed a mobile order in the pickup area and loudly called the customer's name. At the same time that she was calling the customer's name another worker (African American lady with large twists) asked me if I needed to place an order. Naturally, I didn't hear her ask me the question because the other lady was loud. So the lady who was calling the mobile orders assumed that I was picking up a mobile order and I stated in calm and polite tone, "oh no, I'm just waiting to place my order." She rudely replies, "well she just asked you if you needed to place an order." I responded and let her know that I didn't hear her ask me that. This chick proceeds to just look at me, roll her eyes, and walk off. I was initially planning to order a coffee and a sandwich, however once I noticed that she was preparing the food, I opted not to. I'm not sure what her problem was and I genuinely don't care! You don't interface with paying customers like this. If you don't like working with the public, then go find other employment. Based on the other reviews, it looks like this location needs to remove the existing staff and hire people who are efficient, polite, and professional. Needless to say, due to her nasty and disrespectful attitude, this location will never get another dime from me!

  Waited at the drive through for a couple minutes with no one responding. Finally pulled up to the window and a very rude worker (a girl) greeted us. She said she can’t take orders because the card readers are down — don’t understand why instead of ignoring us, she couldn’t have said that the card readers were down at the drive through when she saw us waiting there? Also, wasn’t able to get my birthday drink!! She was super rude was working the closing shift on 12/2/25.

  Worst experience ever. I usually go to Starbucks, but decided to try Dunkin’ this morning. Big mistake. I waited almost 25 minutes in the drive-through line, only for them to tell me to pull forward so they could bring my food out—after I finally got to the window. When I got there, they didn’t even know what I ordered, so I had to repeat the whole thing again. The girl taking orders had zero customer service skills, and inside the store I could clearly see workers wearing gloves but touching everything—equipment, counters, bags—and then touching the raw food again, then more surfaces, then more food. Completely unsanitary. On top of that, employees had their drinks sitting right next to the food prep area. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not recommend.

  Honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’m new to Columbia from Illinois but i’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’s and this one was atrocious. They were unable to make part of my order, told me I had to contact corporate for a refund, and the avocado toast they were able to make for me was untoasted and cold.

  Ordered a half a dozen donuts….they only put 5 in the box, my husband went to eat one and it looked like it had a bite taken out of it. Tried to call the store so I could get a refund and could not get them to answer.
