  Only soft drink in the cooler was Mountain Dew. Floor was filthy, table was dirty. Not one time did I see any employee greet or say hello to a customer. All you got was a muttered “what do you want “.

  Bad Service. If you are standing inside and nobody is even paying attention to you or greeting, and they are only doing something - probably for drive-through guests, that is not what I expect.

  Got my entire 2 item order wrong twice. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and large hot tea. They gave me a plain bagel and told me to have a good day. I said you gave me the wrong bagel and forgot my tea, she said oh and then turns around and later gives me the correct bagel and hands me a large iced coffee. I said again you gave me the wrong drink I ordered a large hot tea, she responds OK, and a few minutes later a different lady hands me the correct drink. Mind you there was only 1 car behind me and maybe 2 cars parked in front. So it wasn’t busy and there were several employees in the building. Get it together

  I used the drive thru here so can't comment on the atmosphere. The person at the take out window was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I got one of the Refresher drinks, which I have gotten at least twenty of, elsewhere, over the Summer. I ordered a medium Mango Pineapple with Green tea. It was so watered down as to be undrinkable. I ended up throwing it away. Every other Dunkin' I've gotten these from (at least 6 other ones) if I only have one flavor, they first fill the cup with 2 servings of that flavor before adding the green tea. (In fact, on line, you have to indicate that you want that for your first, and second, flavor). They appear to have only filled it with one serving of the single flavor, then filled it was green tea. Please learn how to make these correctly! They truly are, usually, very "refreshing", but not when they're so watered down as they make them here. I was already out of the parking lot, driving away, before I started drinking it, so couldn't easily take it back. On another note, they did have the new Creme donut still available that morning, which I really enjoyed!!
