- TST Snell1 day ago2.0If you go later in the day the doughnuts are better but if you go right when they open you very likely will get half frozen doughnuts. I asked about that and they explained that they are frozen until they unthaw them. I was epically sad to get some that were frozen.

Its not that difficult to mix the drinks your making even if it takes a few extra seconds. It was dry in the bottom. I wont be coming back to this location

I do an order for pick up to be ready at 8:40AM and ITS NOT READY UNTIL 8:55AM. AND my order was missing a sandwich. You guys need to understand that if I’m ordering food to go it’s because I’m in a rush and had nothing to eat all morning- I understand being slammed but management needs to figure this out because this is the SECOND time this has happened to me and I was late to work because of it. Do better.
