You gotta call them b4 an hour after the pizza was made. Well I bought the pizza home, laid it on the counter, let the dogs out to play for 15, visited the rest room, and then opened the box to find pizza burnt to a crisp. $32 wasted!! Won't be ordering fron there ever again!

Walked in to pick up my order little girl looked at me and I didn’t even bother to acknowledge me or even say hi. She just rolled her eyes and kept making the pizza looking annoyed. The other girl who was not wearing gloves as she dug her fingers into the cheese finally came over and as I was trying to tell her my order rudely cut me off to say just give me the name. I think I’ll stick a little Caesars next time. It’s a little bit cheaper and the customer service is a little bit better. Absolutely no friendliness or acknowledgment.
