  The service for the restaurant is AWFUL, First it’s a 25 minute wait to be seated but was actually 42 minutes then it was a delay to get our table, finally got our table, waited an additional 10 minutes to get our drink order. Waited 9 minutes for the hostess to ask me if I wanted to get my drinks started, I told her that I placed my drink order nine minutes ago. Then another server came up and told me that they had switched my server because the original one was already waiting several different tables, I decided to just leave because I am not going to wait all day just to get drinks and God knows how long it would take to get food! I will never suggest for anyone to eat here , it’s not worth it and plus several gables were offline or out of order. I’m guessing this is acceptable for South Carolina.

  Honestly if I could leave less than a 1 star review I would. This was my families second time coming to Dave and busters we did the eat and play combo the first time we came the service was so slow it took over 13 mins for us to even be greeted by someone and then when our food came out it was wrong , our kids food came out cold and we were stuck waiting on the other person in our parties food for 20 mins after the other food came out. Then our game cards wouldn’t work that took another 15 mins to sort out we didn’t leave until they were closing. Then we tried to give them a second chance this evening same terrible slow service it took over 20 mins for someone to greet our table and get drink orders I ordered a drink from the bar the server didn’t even put the bar order in a manager came around 15 mins later to ask how we’re doing and I informed them I had never gotten my bar drink and it was brought out by the manager shortly after. Then we waited a ridiculously long time for our food and were brought 2 chicken fingers for an adult meal that showed 4 in the picture. No sauce had to wait until our food was almost cold for the sauce we asked for when placing our order…. Idk I have worked in food and bev the gaming is fun but the dining experience is a -10 out of 10 for me. Over priced , slow service not put together at all. Super disappointing for the money we spent

  Dave & Buster’s is a fun place to play arcade games and hang out with friends. There are many different games, and you can win tickets to get prizes. The food is good, but it can be a little expensive. It can also get loud and crowded. Overall, it’s a fun place to visit if you like games and a busy atmosphere.And Jessica,faith,Sade,brandy is nice works.

  My friend and I have been going to this location at least once a month for the past few months. Our 1st time there was great and we've always had a great time. But I have to give a Big Shout Out and a tremendous thank you to Keith. We had a problem with one of the games. It was the one where you put a token in and it pushes the others forward. An error message displayed that said "Attendant Needed." I immediately motioned for Keith who was nearby and he was there within a few moments. He immediately apologized for the problem, even though it wasn't his fault. He proceeded to give us a hand full of tokens to me and my friend due to the inconvenience. He even took the time to check on us a little while later on, making sure that everything was going good. It was very busy that day since the kids were out of school. Keith was running around like crazy helping anyone that needed help. Their was a gentleman at the ticket counter who was just sorting Star Trek cards and he said he was new which we understood. Keith deserves a huge recognition for his excellent customer service and his pleasant demeanor. We really enjoy coming here just to play the games and relax. Keith makes it very enjoyable and relaxing every time we go. So Keith, I hope you see this. Thank you, Thank you for being the excellent example on how to treat customers. We will continue to keep going back because of him and the games of course. To management and the store owner. Keith deserves an outstanding recognition and personally a raise. He truly goes above and beyond what he's supposed to do! 👏👍
