  First time bringing my family here. Had reservation at 3pm got seated on time. Literally we day at the table 35 minutes nobody ever came to the table and it was not busy. I had to ask why nobody has came to table. So finally somebody came and took it order. The food came out fairly quick and it was solid. Then after I paid the bill with the server. My grandchildren went to go play. So as I say I saw the walk up to get a drink so I walked up the young man with all the piercings said I couldn't order a drink there. Because I was sitting at a table even though I had all ready settled my bill. So I need management to take that sign down or fix your employee problems.

  Can with a party of 10. Very long wait for a table even though many empty long row setups, maybe due to limited servers. Once we were seating, waiting twice as long for all the food to the point the manager came over a couple times. Food was good and games were better. If you have a large party be prepared for a wait, otherwise it was fun.

  My family and I visits D & B’s often. This visit has been my worst experience at any D&B I experienced. It was an African American, short , short haired female who act as if she didn’t want to help. She told the younger African American lady who didn’t know how to do it yet. She did shows her but when I had to return due to issue with card the shorter older lady act as if I was not standing at the bar waiting for help. She ignored the younger lady when she asked for assistance. The lady choose to help another lady who had about ten cards although she saw me standing and was already asked for assistance. When I walked away and asked for help it must have been her friend because she ran over so fast to her and said something in her ear. After she finished helping that lady the young lady asked her again for help. She told her no she has to wait for the manager. The young lady looked shocked and said ok and passed me the same message. I said, “Yes, I know. I asked for help because yall didn’t want to help me”. The older lady then said something and I asked her to please stop talking to me. The manager that help looked at me a few times as she talked to the same lady that didn’t help me. She needs training in customer service as well. The service at this site was horrible. The supervisor with the red hair seems to know how to deal with customer service much better than the other females.

  first off . W NIGHT !!! they had new games and everything! Second , they did tell us that since we were under age , we couldn’t sit down and eat , which wasn’t a problem ! I cheated the system of course and doordashed my food as pick up because i was hungry ! RAY IS THE GOAT !!! i love her !!! she hand delivered my food for me (it was a pickup doordash order) and gave me some drinks ! she made sure i was well taken care of!!! If the boss is ready this !! GIVE RAY A BONUS , VACATION DAYS OR WHATEVER BECAUSE SHE THE BEST ! thank you 😗

  It was a party of 4. We waited on our food for a long time the waitress and manager kept saying it was coming out soon but of course we continue to wait.When it did come out it was a total disaster the nachos were soggy the lemonade was awful I taste both flavors no good I sent back. My toast was hard I sent back and I waited for a replacement and that took awhile I didn't want it .I lost the taste.my cousin got her food last and it took forever.the waitress kept forgetting to bring plastic ware to the table.The chicken Quesadilla was good .I enjoyed it..The pizza wasn't all that good .it was hard .The wings were ok.nothing to brag about .it was an awful night .You come out better ordering a salad 🥗 you can't go wrong.The waitress was awful she couldn't remember anything.She didn't tend to the table like she should ..it was a disappointment..
