  Cassie was amazing. The best service I’ve gotten this year. She was polite kind and had a sense of urgency with our order. She recommended the bacon burger which was delicious. I love love Cassie service.

  Very bad experience at David busters yesterday in Harbison Columbia around 2:30pm yesterday. I had my son who is 3 on the air hockey table playing against my wife so he can reach it with me standing behind him which I understand is probably wrong. A Caucasian male with a long beard came running behind me screaming from the top of his lungs right in my ear “get him down right now what do you think your doing” at first I wasn’t sure if was an employee because he looked kind of homeless and the way he was screaming towards my family. Turns out he was an employee. I told him in a calm manner you don’t have to raise your voice at me that way I’m 35, I’m not a kid and you just scared my son I will get him off the table why are you screaming at me and not asking me. He continued to scream walking back towards me saying let me guess you want me to get my manager I will grab her right now.” And we did speak to the manager. I will be contacting corporate as well. This guy shouldn’t be working at a kids establishment with an attitude like that he needs to work downtown as a bouncer. Very unprofessional

  Jocelyn was a great waiter. We went in during a peak hour and the place was packed. She was cool, calm, and collective. She was attentive greeted us with a smile and made our family of four enjoy our short time in South Carolina. We went there to enjoy food and the big screen and she took care of us with a smile. The fried pickles were good. Lighted fried and came with ranch. The kids fish and chips were good but small portion of fish was as expected but still tasty. The sliders we wished came with 4 instead of 3 but they tasted well and came with grilled onions and pickles. The chicken and rice for kids was a delight and the chicken was seasoned well with a nice portion of rice. The kids cheeseburger was of course smaller than a full size burger but definitely fitting for a child. Last was the cheese pizza for kids and it came as 3 medium sized cheeses ticks and was good as well. Visit this location and request Jocelyn. All other staff we encountered was very nice as well.

  We had our sons bday party here back at the end of September. They really make it super easy but it does cost. We did the slider combo with the pizza. Little disappointed that the “smash burgers” were just meat and bread. I would have paid for toppings. Wish that was a choice when setting up. Luckily we had great service. Our server Ronnie was on point. She made sure our guests were taken care of. Our son had a blast and enjoyed his time there.

  We came in on Veterans Day, my brother is prior Army and had his discharge papers. He was told his papers wouldn’t be acceptable for the free meal they were doing for the holiday, this would have been fine if our waitress hadn’t followed up and tried to educate my brother on having an active military Id card despite him being out and the DD214 being recognized at other restaurants being usable for Veterans Day vouchers. She continued to argue with us and inform us that her prior military husband kept his id (which is not legal) eventually she said she would get her manager, we waited 15 minutes (wasn’t busy at all) no one came, we left before our meal came out.
