I visited Chipotle today and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. John was awesome. He was working both the checkout counter and making the food, and he handled everything with efficiency, kindness, and professionalism.
He was polite, patient, and genuinely friendly qualities you don’t always come across these days. I usually avoid Chipotle unless I’m really craving it because I expect to be disappointed, but John completely changed that today. His excellent service made the entire visit enjoyable.
Chipotle needs more employees like him!

1-Star Review (and honestly, that feels generous)
If you’re looking for a masterclass in how NOT to run a restaurant, this Chipotle location has you covered. The management here seems firmly committed to making every shift, and every customer visit, as chaotic as possible.
On some visits I have witnessed a female manager who has hovered over the line workers, nitpicking every tiny scoop as if the employees are incapable of following basic instructions. Instead of leading, she is correcting, criticizing, and talking down to the staff. Meanwhile, the employees look completely burnt out, probably because there’s usually one single person doing everything: assembling orders, running the register, juggling mobile pickups, and trying to keep the lobby presentable. Staffing? Apparently optional here.
And then there’s the manager I’ve unfortunately encountered more than once. On one visit, I watched him walk over from the grill to make a customer’s order himself. He stacked the bowl with three different kinds of meat, then turned to the employee at the register and confidently claimed it was a “chicken bowl.” Interesting definition.
On another visit, I saw that same manager appearing to hand out free food to customers who looked like his personal friends. Very generous, but apparently only when it’s not coming out of your own paycheck.
To add to the overall unprofessional vibe, both times I’ve seen him, he also smelled strongly of marijuana, which was… interesting, to say the least, especially from someone who is working and supposed to be running the place.
Between the micromanaging, the chronic understaffing, the inconsistent standards, and the general lack of professionalism, this location desperately needs attention from higher-ups. The employees are clearly trying their best, but the management is dragging the entire place down.

Walked in here with my family, saw the filth and train wreck of a restaurant and turned around and walked back out.
Thankful I did not order online ahead like I normally would do.
I was impressed by the mountain of ice on the floor in front of the soda machine. They must have emptied the entire ice machine onto the floor. It was quite impressive actually!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had during my recent visit. I paid $26.00 for two bowls, and the quality and service were completely unacceptable.
The containers were messy, and the staff had run out of brown rice, scraping the bottom of the pan just to fill my order. Nearly all the pans on the line were empty. I ordered a vegetable bowl, but had to wait while the employee hastily threw onions and peppers on the grill, which came out half-cooked.
It’s very disheartening to pay that much money and receive food that looks and tastes terrible. This location is clearly in need of better management and staff training. I can confidently say that this will be the last time I spend a dime at Chipotle. The food and service are 😞 disappointing.

I have historically refused to come to this location because the service and wait times are so bad. However, the gentleman who was working the chipotlane today was professional, kind, gave service with a smile, and I had absolutely no wait. Please recognize him as an asset to your company. We eat chipotle daily in our office. Excited coming here is an option again!
