Please find totally new staff for this place starting with management. I went in and stood in line for about 1 min or so and nobody was in sight except a cook. No greeting or anything. After about a little over a minute 2 girls come from the left side behind the wall, a girl comes in from out side to the register and the “manager “ comes from behind the wall on the right side. It takes them another minute or so to get in position. Still I received no greeting. The first thing the manager says “ we are out of tomatoes & mild salsa” … long story short they skimped on all the toppings even when I asked for double meat, charged me for guacamole and gave me sour cream instead and they were out of chimichuri sauce. I paid over 57 dollars for a subpar meal. Very disappointed. AVOID THIS LOCATION-

Just left this location. The worst! The lady who made my bowl was literally scrapping the rice bin when I ate my bowl of course rice was crunchy. Flavor was decent. The staff definitely had the attitude of McDonald's workers... Just nasty. I spoke to the cashier she didn't speak back. Everyone seemed annoyed. As high as food is, I'll make this at home and won't have to deal with the attitudes and the food will be better quality. Will not be back! So overrated. Maybe Chipotle is better in big cities. This one ain't it!

The guacamole has been grey/brown the last two times I’ve received my order. I’m not talking about normal oxidation on the exterior of the scoop; there was grey/brown throughout the whole serving. Last time I tried to scrape it off my bowl, but I ended up getting sick anyways. This time I ordered it on the side, thankfully, because I found the same issue once more.
Not the quality we’ve come to expect from a trusted brand like Chipotle.
Also ordered “light” on the sour cream and received no sour cream at all.

Hands down the worst experience that I have encountered. I ordered a salad with kale and baby spinach among other things for delivery. Upon arrival, there were no napkins or utensils and the salad was made with iceberg lettuce. I notified customer service and explained the error and was told they value me as a customer and the next visit will be accomadated with a free drink. Not exactly what I was expecting being the only reason I ordered delivery is because I have just had major surgery and am unable to drive, which I explained. Otherwise, I would have driven it back to the location myself for a full refund. I also explained that I was leery about ordering delivery and my fears were confirmed with the botched order. As a result of the above experience, I will not be returning and will not recommend to others.
