I ordered my bowls with tortillas on the side, never got the tortillas or the sauces I asked for in my bag. Of course I realize this when I’m already on the way home but then I look at my receipt and I was charged for the items I did not receive. While giving my order for the toppings, I see the guy rolling his eyes. I don’t understand what the issue was but I just ordered my food like I usually do and there wasn’t any additional conversation that could’ve made him upset…? I ordered a steak bowl and chicken bowl, but was charged for two steak bowls. I don’t get the disconnect.
