Customer service sucks! There is no way to call and talk to someone and the online chat is a joke. They literally stole my 20$ from my order. I know that's not a lot but that makes it worse that they wouldn't make things right.

Never coming to this location again. Took an hour for our order to be ready when we ordered on the app. Store wasn’t even that busy and employees were standing around.

I was at this location today and had a horrible experience. The customer service was absolutely the worst I have ever experience. A black male working on the line was very rude and sassy with me. If you do not like your job QUIT! I had to request fresh rice (because it was only ONE scoop of rice left), I had to request fresh lettuce (as it was literally NO lettuce in the container) and I requested fresh guacamole, because the guacamole in the container had cheese droppings in it (I am vegan and I do not eat cheese). As I am trying to explain to the employee that I do not want the guacamole with the cheese in it. He cuts me off as I am speaking, and says " Can you not reach over the glass). It's not what you say, but how you say it. AND I WAS NOT REACHING OVER THE GLASS, I WAS POINTING AT THE FRESH GUAC! First over all, NONE of the employees were wearing a hair net, AND the sassy employee literally looked as if he does not take baths, but he's concerned about a customer pointing. I TOLD THAT RUDE, SASSY LITTLE BOY TO KEEP THAT BURRITO AND I WALKED OUT! I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER CHIPOTLE EVER IN LIFE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Ordered food online and received it at the time specified. Staff were pleasant and atmosphere of store was also pleasant. The food on the other hand, smh! Price okay. But little meat. Very salty. The chimichurri sauce is very salty. The meat was over seasoned which made it salty as well.
