- MHM House2 days ago1.0This was horrible tonight. I placed a pickup order and regretted it as soon as I entered the restaurant. Trash can over flowing, tables dirty with food, water puddle on the floor, lines long, the prep area was disgusting and the employee with the lion mane just standing around not helping. Of course they messed up my order and the only recourse was the app which was useless. They had the audacity to say " did you hear him say we're out of corn" how am I suppose to know that when I ordered ONLINE hint the PUCKUP order. They tried to be cute and say they didn't have the leadership information, but I clearly told them I need that information. If you can avoid it stop eating at this location they are nasty and disgusting and if you don't care then ok.

Each bowl looked different and contained things we didn’t ask for. I also ordered 2 large chips and instead the staff must of thought it was humorous to give us 3 tiny children’s sized bags of chips at the cost of 2 large bags with guacamole. All around disappointing for the $100+ dollars spent. I was not able to get a refund. Terrible location, terrible staff, and no accountability. My opinion…Don’t support this location or eat here. Additionally, After seeing other reviews of how dirty and unclean this place is kept, I cannot believe I blindly Uber Eats some food for my family from this place. Do Not Recommend.

Ppl.paid for the orders and they take their time ignoring the orders. Then customers think drivers are holding their orders up. Manager need to do better with staff. Closing before the store close is unprofessional
