Don't know what's wrong with the night shift/evening staff but they need a real attitude adjustment. About 2 weeks ago I tried to come to this location at around 7p and just stood in line and waited. Staff never acknowledged the person in front of me (first person in line) and after about 10 minutes of this he walked out and I followed. Before leaving, the line was to the front doors waiting on the workers to get it together. Went to another location and received exceptional service. Went to try them again this past weekend since it's the closest one to me, it was around 8p this time and I'm the only one in line. The cook and cashier were too busy in their conversation to acknowledge me that someone from way back in the store decided to come up and help me. Majority of the stuff I wanted was not available, again at 8p, but against my better judgement I still ordered. When the cashier finally got done with talking, she finally decided to ring out the order. I had to repeat what I said to her multiple times as she was very occupied with her phone at the register, saying "Huh?" when I asked a question or responded to hers.
Overall on both occasions, and prior visits, the night/evenings should not at all be acceptable. Trash cans in the dining area overflowing, no utensils or napkins, and dirty tables. Those are things that have constantly been seen on my visits. Unfortunately, the last two times were my last and I'd gladly drive across town to not have to deal with that.
This location as always missing ingredients whether it’s salsa, proteins, rice or beans whenever I go there they’re missing something. Additionally, I asked for double chicken and I get the smallest portion double chicken I’ve ever been served in my life, but I’m still sure charged the full double amount.
If you have the time, take a trip to the next closest chipotle, don’t waste your money here

Please never go to this chipotle. They have never had chicken or literally any food ever before. If you want to eat there, prepare to eat one scoop of a poorly sized portion of brown rice because they’ll be out of white rice. They might be able to give you stale chips if you’re lucky. I’m not sure what the workers do all day, and if you own this chipotle, please consider firing all of your staff and rehiring new staff, OR, just close the place down at this point because this is awful. I’m not sure how your rating is above a 1 star because this is the worst food establishment I’ve ever been to. Not even worst chipotle, worst food establishment.

Couldn’t eat because when I walked in there was half a lobby waiting on to go orders. I was going to just order there instead but was told it’s online orders only. LOL really? The cashier is just standing around doing nothing while everyone else is trying to cook the to go orders. She could have been cleaning the line of food laid out for walk in ordering, yk the one that’s not allowed to customers atm. How does management allow this

The cashier was extremely rude. I asked for a few sides of dressing, and the lady making the bowl handed the cashier two and she said “no she only gets one, we don’t have many prepped” in a very rude tone. I asked if I could have more and she said that they didn’t have many prepared. Chipotle being underprepared is not my problem. She then overheard me say to my roommate “that girl was so rude”, and tried to apologize telling me I could wait 5-10 minutes for more. I said “so I have to wait but the next people don’t” because they had enough prepared to properly serve me. Her attitude was just extremely rude and unpleasant, working in this industry that is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning here when Faith is working. She also forgot to put my chips in the bag, and when I realized she tried to charge me again and I had to show my receipt that I already paid. I am very disappointed in this service.
