- SCSean CrowNov 9, 20251.0The food is good when they make it right but the service sucks so bad I came through the drive thru and placed my order then I waited 25 mins in a drive thru that makes you commit, once you pull in that’s it, then I ordered a big glo bbq Buford and they swapped the Texas toast on the sandwich for a regular bun and didn’t give me my fries so when I brought the sandwich back I waited another 10 mins for them to give me the fries and then tell me they were out of that bread but while waiting someone else was bringing their food back for a refund and they took the bag gave the lady her refund and then with us watching took the food out of the back opened it wrapped it back up and then used it for another order a DoorDash I think I heard him say. Very unprofessional, everyone looks like their on something, and one of the workers came by my window in the drive thru and asked if I had a cigarette. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

We were treated rude not even a good morning or have a nice day. My order was also wrong and I was charged for an extra patty that I did not receive with my large #4 combo instead I got a plain burger. When I noticed I was already to far to go back being that I live on the other side of Columbia. It's disappointing because I went out of my way to go to this location due to a recommendation for their customer service. I regret it and should have went to one closer to me at least then I could have went back to fix my order.
