- AWAntoine Wilson1 day ago1.0Change the demographic of the people who work there because they have no sense of urgency or any work ethic! I was so excited to experience checkers again as I grew up in Chicago and checkers was a weekly treat for me and my family! Those big juicy burgers packed with flavor and the best seasoned fries you'll ever chomp on! Not at this spot! They managed to fail at every single point and the food i received was absolutely unacceptable! Im hoping there's another Checkers in lexington or redbank because under different demographics the franchise will execute flawlessly!

I pull up to the drive thru no answer pull to the front it a girl in the back ignoring everyone no answer no communication nothing what so ever. I have never in my life been to checkers and experienced anything like this. How would she feel after a 8hour drive and she ignoring customers with no explanation what the system down anything but no she gets minimum wage and is above all else. Fire THIS YOUNG LADY WHOEVER ON SHIFT @ this location FEBRUARY 19th 2026 at 1:20 or 1:30 just disgusting behavior if you loosing money she the reason! Or whoever was in there!!!

Haven’t eaten Checkers in years and this order just ruined my taste for this again. People you’d be better off going to Wendy’s or Burger King 😂😂 They read the first part but don’t read the full order. My chicken sandwich was not good at all. Don’t think I’ll be getting this again. They won’t even let me get my money back for a order they messed up that I’m not eating because I’m allergic to pork! NO BACON MEANS NO BACON PLEASE & NO THANK YOU
