  I was served my kaylee, service was super quick, food was good, and I’ve been to this cava over 100 times and it’s always great.

  Tried this place three times now: the food has been excellent every single visit, and I’d absolutely recommend it for that. However, my rating reflects the service, which has consistently been disappointing. There didn’t seem to be much care put into the customer experience, and the staff appeared to be in a bad mood each time. My bowl was supposed to include cucumbers, but I was only told they were out after I asked, with no replacement offered or acknowledgment beforehand. We also paid for a specific drink that wasn’t actually available, and when we asked if more would be made, the response was simply “no,” even though there were still 45 minutes until closing. Overall, it felt like our presence was an inconvenience to the team working that shift. If that’s the level of service to expect, I’d prefer to take my business elsewhere despite the great food.

  So far my takeout is 40 minutes late, along with everyone else’s in here. It’s so full people are sitting on the floor. Is there no fire code? They need to tell us the real pick-up time when we order, I’m now missing a show.
