This has been the worst place to go to.
The lady in charge is so confused and acts like she’s high on something. She has bright red or pink hair, says she the general manager. The dining room is gross, floors look like a barn floor. Trash everywhere. My bowl sat forever and my chicken was cold. The red hair lady didn’t seem like she knew what was going on and ended up getting everything wrong on it when it was finally done.
Do not come to this location!

The two notch location used to be pleasant but now that the manager Dan is gone they have two female managers that aren’t customer friendly and need customer service training.
The Manager Katie is the worst with a horrible bedside manner and energy that is extremely dry and standoffish. Both managers act like they hate their job.
Katie charged me for extra dressings and argued with me in front of customers when I tried explaining that they’ve never charged for an extra side dressing. I came another time and the other manager was just as rude. I used my redeem points for a free pita and I was buying the other two bags and she charged for all 3 bags. I brought it to her attention and she said it was because I hit redeem sour cream pita and not regular. I was like ok but you redeemed my points so why let me leave without the extra bag of pita chips.
I’m so uncomfortable going to this location now that I won’t go back again. I’d rather drive 30min to one of the other locations where they’re always smiling, make you feel good about coming in and treat customers like they matter.

One of my favorite lunch spots! The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the quality feels worth the price. The food is flavorful and consistently good, which keeps me coming back.
The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is friendly and helpful. During the lunch rush the kitchen area can look a little busy or disorganized, but service stays quick and efficient.
Overall, a great option for a fresh, filling lunch with solid value.

I had a great experience at the restaurant thanks to Nylah and Kambrea. They were both very welcoming from the moment I walked in and made the whole atmosphere feel comfortable and friendly. Their customer service was excellent—they were attentive, polite, and made sure everything was right with my order. You could tell they genuinely cared about the customers and took pride in their work. Their positive attitudes made my visit even more enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again because of the great service they provided.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Cava is my favorite treat for myself. The food is always so fresh and delicious! I love how healthy and real everything is here. Way better than your average fried, fast food. The employees really make the experience more special, too. They're always friendly and get my order right every time. Plus, when I order online, it's always ready at the window when they say it will be. Thanks, Cava Forest Acres, for being the best!
